Our Firm was founded by Scott Payette following associations with several Boston architectural firms including Notter, Finegold + Alexander, Payette Associates, and Next Phase Studios. In 2008 Fletcher Thompson acquired Scott Payette Architects for their Boston office. Following the withdrawal of Fletcher Thompson from Massachusetts in 2012, the firm was reestablished.
We are dedicated to providing a high level of design and service for complex renovation and adaptive-reuse projects up to $5 million construction cost. Our ﬁrm oﬀers energy conscious design and innovative architectural strategies that help advance our clients’ core mission and strategic objectives. Our current and past projects include learning, living, and work environments for K12, higher education, public, and private sector clients.
We have full Revit capability. All architectural staﬀ has Revit training and we produce over eighty percent of our projects in Revit. In addition, we have LEED accredited staﬀ with who have experience working on LEED Platinum, Gold, and silver projects.
